Summer Order of Merit - A win for Clements...

With the summer now over, it's time to announce the winners of this year's SOOM. John Clements had a solid summer and won the Order of Merit by 13 points over Gary Mangham in second. Andy Church finished in third, Oliver Brown in fourth and Kristian Munt in fifth. Congratulations to our winners. The SOOM saw 98 entries into 20 events, from 38 players and with an average winning score of 18 points. Remember nine is fine and all rounds counted towards handicaps. The Winter Order of Merit is now on and there will be an event on every weekend where there isn't another competition being played.

Winter Wheels

This winter we will be following on from the success of last year's Winter Wheel programme where electric trollies will be allowed all year round so long as you use Winter Wheels. These wheels will not need to be used every day, it will be on a day-to-day basis depending on course conditions. Hopefully we will have a dry winter, but in case it is wet and muddy and you still want to use your electric trolley you will need winter wheels. We have some pairs of Motocaddy wheels in stock and we are offering them on a special offer for £69.95 rather than £79.95 that they are on the Motocaddy website.
