What an amazing first year for Iain Murray!
Iain Murray joined East Herts in April 2018 and it was the first golf club he has ever been a member of and after putting in three cards he received his first handicap of 16. Now 16 is a great handicap for a start and Iain was determined to keep improving and get it down as much as possible, but his main goal was to get to a single figure handicap before he is 40 (two years). After working hard on his game and having regular lessons with Gregg, Iain quickly got his handicap down to 10 within three months and hit singles figures in January of this year. Having achieved his goal of a single figure handicap, Gregg and Iain set a new goal of 7 for 2019 and within three months Iain is now a 7 handicap. Iain has shaved nine shots off of his handicap (in 11 months) and through hard work and regular coaching sessions that have been planned with Gregg, Iain has improved all areas of his game.If you want to really improve speak to Iain and Gregg.
Well Done Iain, I hear the Scratch Team calling. |

Motocaddy has always been at the forefront of trolley innovation, with the world's first GPS electric trolley amongst their ranks. Well, this year they’ve made some significant upgrades to the immensly popular S1 model, which we think you're going to love. |
| New Motocaddy S1 electric trolley (2019) |
|
We don't like using the term 'entry level' to describe the new S1 as it offers so much more than what this suggests. At first glance, you'll take a liking to its modernised styling and graphics, which will really help make it stand out from other trolleys on the market. Then you get to its technology: new and improved sunlight-friendly LCD display, nine speed settings, advanced battery meter so you needn't worry about it running out mid-round without knowing, and a super-lightweight Lithium battery to name but a few. The new S1 for 2019 is as good as it gets at this price point, so pop in-store to take a look and get one in your hands. |
